    A. Height Adjustment Lever (Right). B. Back Control (Left). Pull lever upwards for constant back contact – free floating. Push lever downwards to lock back in any position.

5 (Five) Year Manufacturing Guarantee

We warrant all manufactured components of our products, including arms, backs, seats, frames, bases, gas spindles, brackets, and other mechanical parts, for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use, defined as 9 hours per day, 5 days a week, with proper care and maintenance.

Fabric Warranty

No warranty is carried by us on fabrics or upholstery materials. Fabric performance, including wear, fading, pilling, or defects, is subject to the specific warranty terms provided directly by the fabric house or supplier. Any claims related to fabric must be directed to the fabric house in accordance with their warranty conditions.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions or harsh chemicals
  • Heavy soiling or staining
  • Alterations, modifications, or unauthorised repairs


The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components, at our discretion. It does not cover any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Product Care Guide

Proper care and regular maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your product and ensure continued performance under normal use conditions.

General Care

  • Clean surfaces regularly using a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that may scratch or damage finishes.
  • Check and tighten screws, bolts, and mechanical parts periodically to maintain stability and function.
  • Avoid excessive weight or pressure on arms, backs, or moving components beyond their intended use.

Usage Guidelines

  •  Use the product within the recommended limits of 9 hours per day, 5 days a week for optimal longevity.
  • Avoid standing on chairs or using any part of the product for unintended purposes.
  • Keep the product in a dry, ventilated environment and avoid exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or corrosive substances.

Upholstery Care

  • Vacuum fabric surfaces regularly using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and dirt.
  • Blot liquid spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, which may damage the fibers.
  • Use only fabric cleaners recommended by the fabric house. Test any cleaning products on a hidden area first.
  • Protect upholstered surfaces from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause fading and deterioration.
