- The product ships flat packed
- The steel base is sturdy, lightweight, pre-drilled and can accommodate Entrakor Laser-cut feet as well as several standard store-bought feet.
- Includes loose lumber cushion(s) with hollow fibre stuffing.
- Entrakor laser cut feet are powder-coated and are adjustable

Packaging

Laser Cutting – sheet metal

Shell range steel components are designed and cut in-house.

Desking – 1.6mm hot rolled steel, using the C02 robotic welder.
Chairs – 1.2mm Cold rolled steel.

Machined Brackets – Designed and Machined in-house especially for our screen and desking ranges.
Aluminium Frame Screens -4mm thick aluminium T-bar.
Powder Coating
Rust and Scratch resistant epoxy powder coating.
Clients can request custom powder coating colours on a project basis (Products to be quoted on as custom items).
Edging
- 1.6mm impact ABS & PVC edging.
- High UV and scratch resistance.
- Matching colour or clear glue is used for an invisible bond-line.
- A fast setting PUR glue technology on edge banding with high initial strength, a good elasticity at low temperatures as well as a good solvent resistance.
